I love Golden Corral. I live in the Bristol TN area and we have that and Ryan's, but Ryan's is not near as good as the GC.

I like the Old Country Buffet. While the food is bland there is alot of it for a reasonable price.

Try a  Chinese restaurant that does a buffet.

Golden Corral, Ryans, Theres a place called Huck Finn's I'm pretty sure they don't have a buffet but its very good... they have seafood and also stuff like chicken. Also the Apple Barn is a must when your in the area... the apple fritters are awesome and they serve them free with your meal...

Everyone has different taste , i suggest you finding

on your local yellow page buffet restaurants , try a few

buffet restaurants and you know which one is the best for you.
