Any good car electricians Just south of the twin cities?

Question

After installing deck got a few too many problems was able to get some fixed (airbag Light) but clock is still not working. Had a guy from Kennedy's transmission look at it and tell me it will cost too much.

I couldn't tell ya but I will say this, stay away from Car-X!  They now have screwed up my car and my boyfriends and had to take both of them back atleast 3 times after getting fixed before they would acutally fix what was wrong with it in the first place.
