I'm going down to London for a long weekend with my sisters but will be staying in a B&B. Is there any good cheap & cheerful cafes/restaurantss around warwick way as we will have to buy our own lunch/dinner?

There are loads in Wilton Road - towards Victoria Station (if that is the Warwick Way you are talking about). There is also a Big Rib restaurant at the junction of Warwick Way and Vauxhall Bridge Road.
