Any good clubs in London?

Okay, for my 19th b-day I'm going to London (uk) with two girl friends of mine. I haven't been out in London and need some suggestions.

I'd like to find some good clubs with R'n'B, hip-hop and grime music vibes if that makes sense.

(Oh and if they're packed with hot Dizzee Rascal and Pharrell look-a-likes all the better.)
