Any good deals going - opening an account for a 15 year old school child - any offering free money on opening?

Something that'll maybe give the child a good deal..extras in the account that'll appeal?

In days gone by, I opened savings accounts for my children where there was money added to the new account by the bank as an enticement to open.  Interest rate offered was minimal.  I don't know the story as it applies today, and you might have to ask each bank near you.  I didn't find a website offering free money.

Assuming you are in UK, I looked up

and found that the interest rate being offered is perhaps where you could score best.  Read the sections The Top Payers and Earn 10% Interest (although that only applies for one year)
