I need a new bicycle for cycling to and from work. anyone know any good offers or cheap bikes going?

Check out your local craigslist.

Often times specialty bike stores have models from last year, since the new model year bikes are in.  Check them out, and see what they are willing to do.  Craigslist will most likely have used ones.
