Okay well Im 14 and super super fat.I weighed my self yesterday and It said 128 like OMG thats really bad.Are there any diets that are safe for a 14 year old.I don't want to have one of those diets were I have to buy special food.Like the special K diet and stuff.Can someone name off some diets that I could do.I have one of those bike excersize thingy's in my basement.Should I be useing that for a couple of hours a day.
