Question:

Any good diets for a 14 year old?

Okay well Im 14 and super super fat.I weighed my self yesterday and It said 128 like OMG thats really bad.Are there any diets that are safe for a 14 year old.I don't want to have one of those diets were I have to buy special food.Like the special K diet and stuff.Can someone name off some diets that I could do.I have one of those bike excersize thingy's in my basement.Should I be useing that for a couple of hours a day.

  1. 128 isn't fat for your age, Its VERY normal.

    But if you would like to gain muscle or tone I would suggest LIGHT conditioning, maybe 15 min. on your bike, 20 push-upss, 20 sit ups.

    Don't over do it.  Just a little a day. And don't worry so much about your weight. You are NORMAL! (:


  2. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.


  3. brisk walk an hour daily...eat 5 small healthy meals a day

  4. Join a sport :)

    I'm 14 too, and i weigh 93 pounds, but then again, im only 4'11 but i figure skate all year around for a minimum of 4 days.

    Also, in high school, you should take gym every year?

    You should run like a mile every other morning, and eat healthy food.

    But to be honest, you're too young to be dieting, just live your teenaged years while you can.

    But if your weight really concerns you, which i dont even think it should. 128 isnt even bad, btw.

    but you should talk to your family doctor, im sure he/she will tell you whats right and safe.

  5. 128 lbs would be super super fat if you were 3 feet tall...

    I'm hovering around 128 (5'3") and I'm considered to be extremely curvy and well built..  Quit worrying about the number and focus on being healthy and happy.

  6. You're fine, ans we're not just saying that. Look up "fat" on Google images, and see what that is. You shouldn't really be asking that if a doctor doesn't say  you need it. Spent more time outside than on the freaking computer.  

  7. just eat fruits and vegs everyday and eat less and dont eat fatty foods... always check the fat contents of the food you're eating...and yes the bike thingy helps and you have to sweat to lose weight....hope this helps!!!

  8. ok go to ur local curves or wait watchers but i still think that u r only a kid well a young lady and actually for a growing 14 year old girl a lot of kids your probably want ur wait most 14 yr old girls r like 160 200 ur lucky!

  9. 128? That is normal weight if you are 5'2, the average height of a 14 year old female. You are not fat at all. Really, it just sickens me to see so many teenage girls be\ing obsessed with their weight. They are not going to die if the are not a perfect weight.
