Usually tilapia is best cook by grill that comes with itlog na p**a, and soya sauce with tomato.  My mom loves hito and usually she cooks it with extract of coconut and put a little chili for a little bit spice.

the best is to "ihaw it" hehehe...or fry it then put bagoong isda and saluyot! introducing Bulang-lang...its an ilocano dish
