Gaderade ice. My best drink its best for a good taste and a hard work out. Its good after runs but if you want to relax and drink it always make shure you are not thurst cause you would not get enough of it and then get addicted. keep it cool to.

I used to like "Monster".  But then I realized all the c**p they put in there.  I like to drink water most of the time, it's the healthiest thing you can drink.
