I had an uncle that was leased onto ATS for several years. I will tell you what happened to my uncle.

He had been working there for I thing 5 years when he had to have a triple by-pass heart surgery. He was off for 2 years the bank worked with him while he was off so that he could keep his truck. But owner of ATS got him the temporary permits to get him to MN. When he got there the owner handed my uncle a packet with all the licensing for his truck. And told him not to worry about any thing. Not even money for the licensing. After that my uncle stayed at ATS for another 4 years when he had to have another heart surgery and then had to give up his truck with only 2 payments left.

I had checked into going to work for them but I would not be able to get home for 8 to 10 week as a company drive living on the west coast.

Maverick and ATS Specialized. Drove for both of them, wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Talked with a bunch of TMC drivers and most are happy. Melton, same, there just out longer.
