You know theres no such thing right?

I mean seriously, you pay for an specific amount of incoming and outgoing bandwidth...nothing is gonna make it better unless you order it from you ISP

Yeah, any programs that you use ,ANY programs, to connect to the net are only going to slow you down.

The problem is that most connections will optimize automatically, what your talking about is simply a way for people to get more cash out of you.

As long as your connected to your modem or router at the correct network speed then you can't get any more out of it.

The router etc will normally apply a QOS or Quality of Service to the computers connected which will stop any one hogging the connections.

Attempting to optimize the internet simply tries to alter these settings as part of the change, in some respects it can yield minor improvements but in others it will make matters worse depending on the file sizes you download and your link etc.
