I recently started eatling much more fiber and complex carbohydrates (Complex: apples and pears instead of simple carbs such as rice and pasta). Fiber gives you gas since your gut bacteria is trying to digest it, producing more gas. That is a problem because if u live with people, u have to run to the bathroom after dinner 2 times per hour to let it out!

If you guys know any good gas medicine that you TRIED and works, please do let me know! Thanks

  1. Homeopathy can help.

Rare on Yahoo! Answers, yours is a problem that can be helped with self-help homeopathy. Only, you'll need to get a book or research your problems online (http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/7850... is a good starting point). "Homeopathic Medicine at Home" by Maesimund Panos, M.D. is a good home care book.

If you do not respond, then the remedy you need depends on your constitutional symptoms. This means your problem is beyond self-help care.  Few people understand that homeopathy is the philosophy, not the remedy, so in that case you'll need to contact a certified homeopath, who would talk with you for an hour or two to understand why your body is producing excess gas, then research and recommend a remedy that will restore balance. In N. America, http://www.homeopathicdirectory.com. Worldwide, homeopaths are otherwise pretty available.
