I recently started eatling much more fiber and complex carbohydrates (Complex: apples and pears instead of simple carbs such as rice and pasta). Fiber gives you gas since your gut bacteria is trying to digest it, producing more gas. That is a problem because if u live with people, u have to run to the bathroom after dinner 2 times per hour to let it out! If you guys know any good gas medicine that you TRIED and works, please do let me know! Thanks
