Any good hotel in low budget with AC room at South Boag Road , T nagar?

I am coming to Chennai on 15 th May with wife to attend marraige at Sri Krishnaswamy Kalyana Mandapam , South Boag road, T Nagar. Can i a get a hotel close to function hall AC doble bed room and my budget is around Rs 800/- to rs 1000/-. Can any one suggest a good hotel near to function hall with contact details

Residency Towers is on T nagar road but very expensive.

New Woodlands Hotel Rs 1050 Dr Radhakrishnan Salai

Elements Rs 1800 Wallace Garden

All the budget hotels are located in Egmore and Triplicane so you may have to commute a bit.
