Any good info for starting a cleaning business?

this would be for cleaning empty apartments.

  1. Contact the building supervisor of the complex where you want to work. Tell them what you would like to do and give them estimates on what it would cost for you to clean the apartments and what all you would do for that price.

    Word of warning, most complexes have someone already who goes in and cleans up from their previous renters. You might want to contact a real estate agency and see about cleaning empty houses.

    If it were me I would suggest calling maid services in your area and get estimates on cleaning  different sized homes and apartments. Then go out and start your own cleaning company that way. Either provide a cleaning service for lived in homes or apartments, which will be more than likely cleaner than empty places. I know from experience that cleaning up after someone moves can be very sickening work. Things people leave behind while moving would turn your stomach.

    Another avenue to explore is office cleaning services.
