You may want to consider Singapore, although it doesn't offer THE best business school (#46 worldwide, #1 in asia), the living cost is cheaper compared to other 1st world countries, if it's a concern. It is also a pretty westernized asian country with English as a common language, which makes transition easier compared to other Asian countries.

There are many countries had institutions to offer MBA than India.

You may try - USA, UK, Australia, NZ, Canada, China, Singapore and so on.

Get help from the Yahoo or Google search engines to find the right school as per your choices and capability.
