i want to watch some good movies. like 187,..selena,..la bamba,..stand and deliver. do you know any other good latin movies?! any at all? good ones though,..like the ones i named above! oplease help1

Umm..

Check out I Like It Like That. I love that movie, and one of the actors from Selena plays the main male role. That's all I can think of right now.

Ill give you a lil synopsis

Y tu mama tambien - Lots of s*x and nudity. These two best friend's girlfriends go to Italy. So while their girlfriends are in italy they try to pick up this older women by telling her about a trip to a beach that they made up.  This older lady finds out her husband is cheating on her and that she has cancer and decides to go to the beach with them. She ends up sleeping with both of the boys. And the boys both find out that they have been sleeping with each others girlfriends.... and

i won't spoil the ending.

El Laberinto del fauno ( also known as Pan's laberinth.) It is a very abstract film. I loved it. It is about a girl and her pregnant mother who go to live with her new step father ( Capitan Vidal ). She finds out that she is the princess of another realm and faces challenges to return to that realm. This movie has alot of historical background.

The Motorcylce diaries ( Diarios de motocicleta ) it is about Che Guevara on a road trip across Argentina. It has a lot of humor. Che Guevara was a famous Cuban revolutionist ( depends on where you come from you may hate him or love him ) but the movie is really good it shows a great view of the country and the people and culture. It also shows what led him to be a revolutionis.t

Apocolypto- It was pretty good. Rudy Youngblood ( the main actor ) is smoking gorgeous. It is a movie that shows alot of the yucatan/aztec culture. Alot of action. Jaguar Paw's village has been attacked and the men captured for sacrifice. Before he gets captured he hides his pregnant wife and child in a deep cave hole. He has to escape and kill his captors and save his family before the rain floods the hole.

Volver - has Penelope Cruz and Im her biggest Fan. Two sisters lose their parents in a fire in La Mancha, their birth village, years ago. Their aunt, Paula, still lives in the village and continues to speak about her sister Irene, mother of the two sisters, as if she were still alive. When the old aunt dies the situation changes and the past returns(volver) in a twist.

Dark Blue Almost Black (Azul Oscuro casi Negro ) - Liked it. This poor janitor who takes care of his sick father dates a girl way out of his league. His brother who is in jail has a girlfriend who is getting beat up. The locked up brother wants his girlfriend to be switched to the pregnancy ward so she can be safe but his sperm isn't working, so he convinces his brother to impregnant her causing a whole bunch of drama.

Alot of Americans like the Rodriguez films like El Mariachi and its sequels - I wasn't too big a fan. I did like listening to the directors cutit was funny to hear what the director had to say and the details you miss throughout the movie.

Belle epoque- In 1931, a young soldier (Fernando) deserts from the army and falls into a country farm, where he is welcomed by the owner (Manolo) . Manolo has four daughters. Fernando likes all of them and they like him, so he has to decide which one to love. This has PEnelope Cruz as well

Amores Perros -Three interconnected stories about the different strata of life in Mexico City all resolve with a fatal car accident.
