  1. Good question. I am from Dublin and spent three and a half months with my dying Mum at the beginning of this year. There are restaurants representing most countries in Dublin now. I cannot recall anyone mentioning a Mexican one though. Then again, visitors are more likely to know these things than residents.

Be prepared, Dublin is a very expensive city since the Celtic Tiger arrived

  2. Cactus Jack's in the centre (Millenium Walkway) _ Sinead O'Connor waitressed there so I believe.... better one is El Paso in Howth - great food in a lovely village just outside Dublin - if it;s still there... the cooking is sufficiently good to allow you to refer to the previous respondent by removing 'oxy' from the last word of his (slightly inane) post....

  3. Not much . Mostly Chinese and Italian but you can still find somewhere serving hot food and barb

  4. There is no such thing as good Mexican food.

    Mexican cuisine is an oxymoron.

  5. Try Tante Zoes - i thinks its actually Creole, but you'll get your chili fix there !

  6. Jose O'Gray runs one. Paddy Gonzales is another. You might try Sean Garcia. Another one, in the Barrio in Cork is Jose and Maria Fitzpatricks. They serve mainly lamb tacos, and not bad sheep enchiladas.
