it depends on what color your team is, are you undefeated? give us some facts about your team and i'll try to help you out.

If, and only if, it's a mature league, you can always make a pun involving "Sets" i.e. Safe Sets, Sets on the Beach, etc.  

Otherwise, any volleyball terminology makes a good name, like kill, dig, pancake, ace, sideout, and anything else you can think of.
