Any good nicknames for my friends...?

Please help. I need some short, but stylish, nicknames for my friends. By the way, it IS NOT just a joke kind of thing... it's serious! Most of my friends have the same names, so I want a few nicknames to choose from.

Lauren - I already have: "Lolly, Lorie, Loz."

Sarah ____ (I can't think of any!)

Mary - I already have: "Scary and Maz."

Rhiann[e] - There's already: "Rhi, Rhianna, Rhi-rhi?"

And, if you want, could you try... Manisha ? [My friend's cousin's name]

Sare works for Sarah.

Manie is good for Manisha.

But my advice is to think of their hobbies since the best nick-names reflect the person.

haha sorry there really lame. try to call them something that has to do about them. people call me magenta cause i have pink in my hair and charlyy 2 because all my friends are like a charlyy dont ask me why.... =)

How I got my nickname (Gordy) is my friend had a cold one day, and I thought she called me Gordy, so she (and my other group of friends) call me Gordy. I know it's not that important to the question, but some nicknames just happen randomly like that. Maybe you can use one of there nicknames as an inside joke. IDK, but here's some suggestions.

Lauren - Lo

Sarah - Panera (like Panera bread!!!)

Mary - Mo Mo

Rhianne - not too sure....

Manisha - Mani (manny)

What about their middle names? Sometime its easy to come up with nicknames based on their first AND middle names....OR add a cutesy middle name yourself!

Like... "Mary-Mo" for some reason that popped into my head....

Sarah - "Rah-Rah"  "Sarah Bear"

I like "Rhi-Rhi"....What about "Rhianna Banana"? LOL I have a friend that we call Leanna Banana...

Manisha....what about just "Nisha"

This would be much easier if I knew their personalities. I give nicknames to my friends too, but as terms of endearment, or it relates more to their personality and what they mean to me, rather than just going off of their name. Or it'd be some combination or twist on their first and last names. That way the nickname will mean more than just differentiating from others with the same name.... if that makes sense.

But for Sarah, first thing that comes into my head is "Rahsa" ... flipping the syllables. I think it sounds cute.

Manisha, you can just call her "Nish" or "Nishy"
