i know it's much better for children to learn any concept when it is in a form of game. Most of the games i found were online games. I need games that can be played in the classroom. My class is compromised of 25-28 k1 students. And if possible, a game that won't make too much noise... because our principal is.. uhm.. let's just say her ears are too sensitive...

  2. Noise and games go together... especially in case of such small brats... Just kidding...

I have an idea. let all of them sit in a circle. Ask them to count a number one by one... For instance the first one says one , the second one says two and so on. It would be fun and hopefully less noisy.

  3. Good Luck!.

  4. Print out a monkey and a bunch of bananas. Cut the pictures out and laminate or cover with clear contact paper. Hang up the pictures on the board or wall. The students may practice counting and then take a turn feeding the monkey a banana. Variations: count pictures of pumpkins, turkeys

Play store- the children may count out the correct number of pennies to buy an item in the store.

Students may take a turn putting up a certain number of felt objects on a flannel board. Count to check as a class.

Students may take a turn counting out a certain number of objects(books, straws, candy, pencils). Things do not have to be complicated to be fun for preschoolers.

The important thing is to spend just a few minutes every day.
