I doubt you would buy from any pet store that ships to the Philippines. I don't know whether you mean pet store in the Philippines or otherwise but still, I hate to think that the poor cat would be in cargo and scared to death. Instead, check your local shelter or pet adoption agency instead and rescue a homeless cat. That would be so much better. Pet store usually get their cats from people who does not care much for them and only after money.
