Any good parks/places to enjoy in line skating in Victoria BC?

I've been to some parks

such as Beacon hill

but I couldn't find the perfect place to have fun without cars around me.

I've been to beach road,

but no skates are allowed,

anyway,

I really wanna find a place !!

no cars, good roads, some people!

does any one know?

Gorge Waterway Park in Saanich.

OBVIOUSLY the galloping goose trail. its walk/bike/skate only and takes you all over the place.
