It is not in Gwinnett but Dekalb School of Performing Arts has a great rep artistically and academically.  Check out the test scores at www.gppf.org

Columbus State has the best band program in the state but im not sure about dance

I just googled this one. I don't know if this is like a high school but it is supposed to be a school of dance.
