  1. i recomend oceano resort.... u could rent big condos at a low price about 100-150 night, but nice oceanfront building, high security, clean and probably the closest hotel to papas n beer.. which is the most popular club there


  2. Hotel Rosarito Beach. Well located, all services, secure parking, far enough away from spring break noise, good restaurants and shopping nearby.
