Question:

Any good restaurants in Birmingham or Coventry with a private room?

I'd like to take about a dozen people for some scran, and then have one of them stand up and pontificate for a while to the others. We don't want to disturb the other diners. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  1. there is a good Chinese restaurant next to solihul ice rink with a large VIP room. very nice it is 2.

  2. I totally agree with Jim B suggestion!!

Because I had my b'day party there, and they even has the Karaoke as well.

  3. The garden house on the Hagley Road has a couple of private rooms for hire, they serve fabulous fresh food too and fantastic wines..

  4. why are you upside down?

  5. Try Hotel Du Vin or Mailmasion

  6. Maybe try out one or two hotels with good dining facilities - who have more than one room available. I think that is also the case with a lot of the restaurants in China town - don't know how you feel about Chinese food.

  7. Bistro at Hotel du Vin - Birmingham

    25 Church Street

    Birmingham

    B3 2NR

One of the ever-growing chain which is appearing in several of our major cities and making a good job of providing for the spirit of the age. When you have tired of the champagne bar move on to the restaurant fashioned in the classic bistro style. The menu changes daily and concentrates on good quality ingredients transformed into reassuringly recognisable dishes. As night follows day, good food requires the compliment of decent wine and you will not be disappointed at Hotel Du Vin. House wine is £12.95 but many find themselves pleasantly seduced by the worldly travels of the wine list.
