Any good restaurants in D.C, northern Virginia, and/or Maryland?

Hi, I'm looking for fun and affordable restaurants that I can go and have a good time with close friends and/or boyfriend. I'm underage, so please don't list places that have bars or that serve alcholic beverages. I'm also a vegetarian so I want a restaurant with alot of choices so I can enjoy the food and my friends as well.
