Wow, there are SOOO many tasty restaurants in Seattle, depending on what you are looking for.  I'll list a few of the many that I really enjoy!

The Dahlia Lounge is a great restaurant that's one of Tom Douglas', Seattle's probably most well-known restauranteur, restaurants downtown.  It's kind of a "Seattle Fusion" sort of restaurant that utilizes a lot of local ingredients to create some of the most delicious entrees!  

Ipanema is a Brazilian restaurant that can serve you up all you can manage to stomach of some very tantalizingly delicious cuts of beef, as well as other options such as chicken, lamb, prawns, and more, all in a buffet style, but they bring the cuts to your table and will cut slices right off the freshly cooked meats!  If you love meat, you'll love Ipanema!  The sides and salad bar are excellent as well!

For a much more casual option, Gordito's is a great, cheap, and delicious Mexican restaurant in the Greenwood area!  The burritos are fantastic and this is a well-known spot for so many locals at lunchtime that you better take a long lunch and be prepared to wait a little bit!

Pho Than Brothers is also another local option that's one of the best cheap meals you can get!  They do only one thing and they do it well!  That's Pho, a Vietnamese soup that's traditionally with beef and rice noodles in a beef-based broth (but there's also a chicken and vegetarian option).  It's delicious and Pho Than Brothers does it quick, cheap, hot, and tasty in their numerous locations!
