Ai Yori Aoshi - Even though Kaoru has several girls that are definitely in love with him he steadfastly stays with Aoi.  If you like romance its highly recommended.

i don't know if you're referring to harem animes but if you're looking for romance-comedy, i would recommend Lovely Complex and Special A.
