Definitely Love Hina is the greatest Comedy Romance Anime. Its about a guy who runs away from home to fulfill a childhood promise to a girl he doesn't even remember. He ends up messing up a lot and is in for a lot of surprises at his new home. And its somewhat short i think it is about 20-25 episodes. An amazing series and was also a great manga.

Shuffle! and He Is My Master are good ones that i just watched recently some other ones are Elfen Lied, Ah! My Goddess, Host Club, Fruits Basket, Shugo Chara!, and Galaxy Angel, DNAngel, Chibi-Vampire Karin, Mamotte Lollipop!, and Lovely Complex.
