Any good school activity ideas? ?

I have an assignment to ask people some good school activites to make school fun. like parties, games, anything that we can do at my school to make it fun. are there any cool things that you do at your school? like any assemblies, parties, award ideas or lunch-time activites that we could do. please help. thanks

In middle school, my science teacher always came up with the most fun and educational little projects that allow you to combine scientific principles with creativity and fun.  And he always rewarded the best efforts and results with some type of prize.
