Tips on school for things like studying? I am in middle school.

keep a 'golden sheet'

a designated sheet for all the new stuff youve learned. WRITE IT ALL DOWN! you may think youll remember-but you probably wont..

*Make sure you always complete your homework and turn it in on time.

*Never be late for class.

*Try to come to school every day unless you are sick.

*Always be aware when there is a test.

*Study from the day you find out about a test, until the minute before the test.

*Have a parent or friend quiz you with flash cards before a test.

*If you don't get a question on a homework assignment, ALWAYS ask the teacher for help.

*If you miss an answer on a test or homework assignment, go back and check what you did wrong, and then re do your answer.

*Never ever cheat - it will do nothing good for you.

*If you don't pass a test, as your teacher if there is any way you can redo the test for a higher grade.

*ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do extra credit if it is available, even if you have a good grade in the class.

*If you are absent, have a friend turn in your homework if possible, instead of turning it in when you get back.

*Always listen in class.

*Never talk, text, listen to music, etc. in class.

*If you miss directions during class, stay after class/come back at lunch/break.

*If you are unsure when a test is, ask a friend or teacher.

*Make sure you always have supplies handy-pencils, red pens, paper, etc.

*Check over your homework before turning it in.

*Don't ask a friend for answers...his/her answers may be wrong.

*Never give a friend answers...your answers may be wrong.

*Keep your binder/folder organized.

*Keep your locker organized.

*Don't lose your books and keep them organized in your locker.

*If you can afford it, you can buy used text books so you have extra ones to keep at home.

*Have fun at school.

*Hang out with the right group of people-don't get stuck with people you know you shouldn't be hanging out with.

i did pretty well in middle school. just go to class everyday, pay attention, do the work, turn it in on time. studying? do all your homework, if there is a problem or something you dont understand, mark the problem then go back to it. go through problems that relates to the problem you had trouble with, keep going through it until you understand. if you really dont understand then ask your teacher for help.
