Are there any places close to shore or do you have to book a boat to take you there.

    It costs $70 per person, they take you to 2 islands to do snorkeling and the food and drinks is included.

    It is very worth it. The marina is in Fajardo, PR. They take you in a catamaran and its a lot of fun. Snorkeling gear is included.
