in 'the life of pi' a young lad kills all the animals on a life boat he's adfrift with. then you learn they weren't animals but other people. mad lad.

you find out that gemmas mom is really mary dowd the killer of a little girl and the women that supposedly died in a fire! she also LEFT HER best friend to die!
