I've been checking out you-tube but it doesn't seem to be worth a d**n.some videos are even saying DON'T stretch befor a run,and i know thats just wrong.i normally stretch for 10 minutes before my run but it still takes me at least 3 miles of running to start feeling warmed up,and if its not a sore leg this week,its a sore knee or ankle and so on.this is annoying as i know i'm loosing most time in the first few miles.thanks in advance people.
