Any good studying foods? I got a big test tomorrow!?

Any kind of food that helps to stimulate the brain?! I've got a big test in the morning and I'm going to cram all night.

  4. first of all cramming does not help, it only goes into your short term memory, and when your tired, your short term memory cannot be accessed easily but anyway eat oatmeal for breakfast its good brain food!

  5. light things like  popcorn maybe some fruits anything light and wont get u destracted

  6. yeah mints are good because they help you to focus and give you gudd breath lol

  7. coffee.

  8. energy drinks =), i do not know about food i usually drop some vitamin pills to stay fresh.  

  9. Blueberries, a.k.a "Brain-berries", any type of nuts, cook yourself up some eggs or make a decked out omelette, lightly sweetened green tea...etc. If you can't get a hold of these, just make sure you eat a meal that's chock full of protein and good carbs. The foods I listed are what works best for me to give me an energy boost when I need it. Don't overload yourself on caffeine and sugar to stay awake, because you'll feel like h**l the next day. Take it from a relative night owl!

  10. Fish and frosted miniwheats help attentiveness. Then drink red bull, it stimulates the brain, drink that before the test.
