Any good things to put on pasta involving pesto?

i wanna put pesto on my pasta but im not sure that JUST pesto is okay. should i add something else like melted butter?

You could add cubed/shredded chicken  and a can of cream of chicken soup. I find that putting canned pesto on just plain pasta is a little bland.

Just pesto is fantastic but you could also use cherry tomatoes, zucchini, chicken, a little parmesan, black or green olives, diced purple onion, or crushed red peppers.

Some shredded cooked chicken ....  quartered artichoke hearts ....  sundried tomatoes or fresh tomatoes   ....  fresh buffalo mozzarella

NO! Pesto is great just make sure you put enough on! Also, you could have bread and butter or a salad on the side which tastes great!
