Go to Oriental Trading Co....  they have tons of inexpensive tropical decorations.  For example, they have grass skirts to put around tables, so you could put that on top of a gazebo or big umbrella;   they have blow-up palm trees;  and decorative lights.....  Home Depot has solar tiki torches.....
