Any good vegetarian recipies???

I am a vegetarian and I like to have a good variety of what I eat.

I don't like mushrooms,

tomatoes (raw or the soup)

really spicey stuff like peppers.

I like friut,

and LOTS of other vegatables. Does anyone have any good recipies? If they contain an ingredient that I listed above, any good substitutions?

  2. You should really try the morningstar products, I find them great! Just replace the regular meats with those and feel guilt-free. :) They are also very healthy and great sources of protein.  And if your looking for some recipies specially designed for them they usually have one or two on the back. Hope it helps!

  3. Check out these awesome websites.

I was looking at them last night, and fell in love with all the recipes!

This is my favorite recipe because it really easy to make, and it looks cool:
