You can find several viola solos and arrangements at Free-Scores.com. I think another answer mentioned 8notes.com. The IMSLP / Petrucci Music Library has a large number of full orchestral scores as well as solo and chamber works. This site has a wiki that makes searching much easier. I've also added a couple more sites below. The volume of free sheet music continues to grow, but you will need to week through long lists to find pieces that interest you.

For free stuff go to 8notes but It's not very good.
