  1. try not drinking anything for an hour before you go to bed

  2. You may have kidney infection. See a doctor. You will have to pee in a cup and probably get a prescription for antibiotics.

In the future drink MORE water. (Milk is fine, but your body needs water). Your urine should be almost clear, not yellow.

  3. I don't have a phd but, try not drinking anything before going to bed.

  4. its because you dont drink enough water. So your kidneys are trying to clean out your stomach that is why your pee is so dark. I can guarantee you if u stop drinking sodas and milk every night and replace it with water your pee will be lighter, or should i say normal colored.

  5. A yellow urine means sugar carry through, while darker urine, toward a brown color means protein carrring through content.

When you sleep, the body produces a chemical, which rduces as much as possible, the activity of the kidneys. The kidneys are a filter that removes toxins and waste from the body, and regulates blood pressure by contolling hyration of the entire body as well as the blood.

If U have increased yur protein intake, or are doing a workout, or really active sport, the body will need to expell more protein and is unable to ruduce kindney activity during the night because the filtering action is so needed.

A workout breaks down muscle, and builds new....the result of the breakdown of old is a need to remove the protein levels from the urine. Peeing more at night just comes with the territory.  It has nothing to do with the milk. If U take a protien suplement, that increases a need for more filtering out of protiens.

If U have become more physically active, don't cut down on liquid intake, as a matter, drink more water during yur earlier evening time so that the toxins like protien or what ever can clear the system B4 bedtime, and U may not need to pee as much during the night.

Hope this makes sense to U Man

  6. ask a doc

  7. This is one of the primary indicators for pre-diabetes.  It can also be an indicator of kidney infection, but usually a kidney infection has many more indications, such as fever and painful urinating.  You should definately see a doctor.  If you do have pre-diabetes, there is a lot that can be done to stop it, so don't freak out.  By the way, the reason this happens is because your kidneys are trying really hard to get the extra sugar out of your blood.  Cut down on the soda's and you may see an immediate change.  Try two days of nothing but water or diet soda to drink.  No fruit juice or milk.  Still, see a doctor.  This could be the sign of something quite serious.
