Any healthy college food ideas for one person? Something that will fill me up and with few calories?

Something also cheap...and I do have a microwave and fridge!

  1. try not to stock up on alot of snacks like goldfish and chips

    have a minimal amount but stock up on healthier things like vegetables and fruits.

    beans are very healthy and very cheap, as is tuna

    try making pasta atleast 1 a week(its very cheap but filled with carbs so have it for lunch so you'll burn alot of carbs during the day).

    buy fruits and vegetables IN season theyll be cheap-especially apples!


  2. a good breakfast is the key, do that and you can possibly go all day without gorging your self on junk food, also a couple of pieces of fruit as a snack will also help, learn to cook pastas, and rice, mix with vegies will also be good

  3. Canned food is cheap.

  4. Protein bars, fruit, vegetables, nuts, whole grains.

  5. lean cuisine tv dinners? salad. cereal
