Any healthy lunch ideas?

I need some healthy ideas to take to work with me. I have access to refrigerators and microwaves. Please, no seafood suggestions, no beans (they make my throat swell) and no green salads (I already know that one). I'd also like ideas that are fairly quick to make, as I'm always pushed for time. Please and thank you!

  1. There's a ton of them, maybe to many to name but i'll tell you a couple, and hope-fully you'll get the idea.

Lunch: ( pre-pack this before work/ day before so you can throw it in you're bag and the fridge at work)

2 slices of whole-wheat bread, 2 slices of fat-free lean turkey, lettuse, and frenches mustard ( 0 calaries ) and a sugar-free jello which is only 5 calaries, and or a peice of fruit ( apple, banana, berries, etc.. )

Lunch: Lean cusine frozen entree ( under 270 calaries )

I would reccomend the grilled chicken ones or there pasta's they taste great, and are good for you.

( Just stick it in the microwave)

    Lunch: Microwavable soup.

    ( cup in hand )

Simple, easy, healthy, with a varitiey of flavors.

    Hope this helps,

    - T :)

  2. I love cottage cheese and fresh fruit for lunch.

Also the campbell's soup that you microwave, watch out for the sodium though!!

Whole grain bagel with peanut butter.

  3. Fruit, Vegetables,  Baked chips, Whole wheat sandwich, water

  4. rice!! you can make a giant pot of it and it'll last for days. you can add pretty much anything to it, chicken, vegetables spices, fruit even. I like basmati rice best, it has an amazing 'nutty' flavour. it's awesome! It's so versatile! Fruit is definitely good too.
