Any help about swimming stretch before swimming? ?

almost time when i do my usually stretch ,warm up and Begin swimming fast i get injured .so please i need help to avoid injuring ,please i prefer to put a website,picture or video in your answer .and i want thank every one who or will help me.

  1. just stretch everything for about 15-20 minutes


  2. Hey, There's a very good and very important stretch you should try for your back muscles. Get on your hands and knees and sort of sit back on your calves, then stretch your arms forwars. The best way I can describe it is the position muslims take when they pray.

    Gradually work your hands a little further out and back in. Your back is so important when you're swimming so always stretch it well.
