Any help for a Alice in Wonderland themed Baby Shower?

I'm looking for help with party supplies and ideas for my baby shower that has a Alice theme, based largely on the Cheshire Cat. Any help?

  2. if you have the store "party city" around you they are sure to have a bunch of stuf your looking for, i think it would be cute to have flowers and mushrooms all over the room or deck the party will be in, you could always print out little pictures of mushroom and write the guests names on them for place cards or make the cupcakes and add lots of icing so they look like little shrooms!

    Make into the shape of a teacup or teapot.

    Make into the shape of a top.

    Use a deck of cards. Write party details on the back or print out lables with the info and stick on the back of the card. Or attach a note to a tea bag.

    Wording

    Don't be late for a very important date. We are celebrating a very merry baby shower By order of the Queen of Hearts, you are here by summoned to attend. Add the rest of the party details.

    Ask guests to come dressed as their favorite character from the story. .

    Or ask guests to come wearing a silly hat.

    Decorations

    Use balloons and streamers in a pale blue and white to match Alice's dress.

    Set up for a tea party in Wonderland. During the tea party at impromtu times, announce to the guests that it's time to move down one seat or run around the table, etc.

    Tea cups/saucers. Use doilies and tulle to decorate the table settings.

    Use silver serving trays and tiered stands.

    Large teapot centerpiece with a small stuffed mouse peeking out.

    Hang paper lanterns.

    String jumbo playing card to make your own "streamers".

    Make very large playing cards out of posterboard.

    Use lawn flamingos.

    Artificial flower garlands with red roses.

    Or make tissue paper flowers.

    Use top hats turned upside down for serving snacks.

    Make arrow signs that read, "THIS WAY", " THAT WAY", etc.

    Make and glue together a house of cards for a centerpiece.

    Make "mushroom" cupcakes.

    Make mini cupcakes and label them "EAT ME".

    Make a cake in the shape of a tea pot or make a Mad Hatter's Hat shaped cake.

    Make a playing card cake from a plain white sheet cake. Use icing in red and black to add the details to the card.

    Use Kool Aid Bursts squeezeable drinks and tie a note on that reads "DRINK ME".
