  1. Ur fine

u need to just simply relax and find something to take ur mind off of The S****y thing Called LIFE

    Read a Book

    Find a New hobby

    Go on a Bike Ride

    Have fun

Before you know it, u've forgotten about ur anxiety and everything's fine

Also make sure to stay consistent with ur sleeping and Eating

Don't stay up until 3 AM and wake up at 1PM

Unhealthy sleep can cause major anxiety, loss of energy, the inability to deal with things even the simple ones.

Many ppl don't realize how IMPORTANT sleep is so Make sure you ALWAYS get good sleep

Eat good too, Don't buy ur meals, MAKE THEM!!!

Find New Meals to make for yourself. Surf the Web for Recipes and Yummy Healthy meals. Get into the Habbit of LOVING to cook. It allows you to get ur mind off of Life, If allows you to enjoy healthy food, it's just good. Don't be a ***** Like my mom

work on this and U'll feel GREAT!!!!!

    good luck!

  2. I might help because I USED to have panic attacks (mild and rarely severe too!!!)

*tell yourself in your head to "calm down"

*take deeeeeeeep breaths (inhaling and exhaling from nose)

*Focus on the detail of ANY irrelevant or small thing like looking outside the window and see the trees sway from the wind, or even if you have a pen and paper at hand start writing a pointless story (even though it doesnt make any sense what so ever).....or start jotting down random things....THIS WILL IMMEDIATELY TAKE YOUR MIND OFF THE FACT THAT YOUR UNDER ANXIETY

    *Finally enjoy what you do!

  3. I have GAD too, and had those anxiety attacks.

I also found medication helped me A LOT - it was only six months, with minimum disruption/side effects, so may be worth a try.

  4. Just use logic if nothing is wrong with you ''Verified by a cardiologist and a lung doctor'' Then why worry use logic maybe its a little acid from your stomach mimicking your tightness in your chest? Why worry about nothing unless you feel that the doctors missed something. You don't need meds unless your just cant control your emotions in your brain and get so panicky the you need to be sedated.

  5. I have GAD and social anxiety. the chest tightness and difficulty breathing might be mild panic attacks. I would suggest medication because it has really helped me. You should ask your doctor about and anti anxiety like Buspar. or if you also have depression, some anti depressants have anti anxiety qualities too. Im on Cymbalta and it has helped my depression and anxeity. iDont be discouraged. Medicine doesnt work right away. it takes a few weeks. And it might take a few tries before you find what is right for you. but when you do, it can really help. f your panicking symtoms dont go away even if your GAD symtoms start to, you can ask your doctor about fast acting anxiety like Xanax or Ativan. You should only go on this if you really have to though becasue there is a risk of addiction.

PS. If the anxiety and panic are disrupting your life and the medicine can help fix that, then the benefits outweight the risks.
