The situation is:

In our subdivision, there were 5 robbers who entered our SUBD without guards knowing that. Then so on, as I reached our house, there's a guard running towards the street as our neighbor explained that robbers steal by means of using method called "hibog-hibog". That method works by means of robbers knocking out the house and look at you strangely then talking to you afterwards. And also, while the guard is running towards them, the guard got a gun. Any advices or tips?

  1. That's  what they call "Hypnosis". To avoid being hypnotized by  would-be robbers,  encourage all the people in your subdivision, including the guards to wear shades so the robbers cannot stare at your eyes  and and most of all , follow  what most mother's always tell to their kids "don't stare/talk to strangers. If a stranger knocks on your door and you  don't know them, don't open the door.

  2. If you can afford to live in a subdivision, you can afford a maid or helpers. Nothing discourages a makawat like someone at home.

  3. the guard should shoot the robbers and you call the police

  4. That sort of method works well in South Africa.  Only here they steal your milk out of your coffee while you are stirring it.

  5. Install a peep hole on your door.  If a stranger knocks, never, never open the door.  Install an additional security bolt on your door.  This would enable you to slightly open the door - if need be - but will not allow the would-be robber to push his way in.

  6. While no one can deny the necessity of every precaution for safety of person and property, the stories like 'hibog-hibog' are all hogwash. We have now entered into the 21st century and we have to change with the time, which calls for a more rationale way of thinking. If I were in your shoes, I would have followed the guard to assist him in catching the burglars.I would have yelled to gather my other neighbors to accompany me. The stories like 'hibog-hibog' tend to make us weaker to combat such menace.

  7. i thought they knocked out your house..tough ha?hehe ahhh..they knocked at your door..

    1. might as well orient the rest of the family members to never open the door to people whom you do not know or to check first through the peeping hole or through the window who that person is.

    2. keep a baseball bat near the door for self-defense purposes.

    3. have dogs to help you man the house

4.talk to the homeowners association to maintain the guards at all times even if it would cost you additional pay.

    5. ask them to implement stricter rules for strangers as well such as submit any identification card before entering the subdivision, or no peddlers or vendors allowed inside the subdivision. that's what usually the condominiums and other good subdivisions do.

  8. This is a practical tips,

You should buy M-16 rifle for your family protection against the lawless

Ask advice from the nearest police office.

  9. These are really toxic data.  The poison is attacking my entire nervous system.

"And also, while the guard is running towards them, the guard got a gun. "   Now, what could this mean?  Do you mean to say the thief gets the gun from the guard? Disarm him with hypnosis?

If that is the case, then it is of vital import.   It means the thief is something more than a mere hypnotist.   Could be he is gifted with the power of mental domination.   A guard running to apprehend a suspect will not easily surrender his gun,  even at hypnotic signals/ suggestions.

This calls for the services of others with mystic powers.   Call in the FireStarter.   This mystic has the power to throw flaming balls, enough to disintegrate your quarry.

  10. Get a good sized, well trained guard dog, one to keep in the house, but that is also friendly to the family he will be protecting.  Should be a dog that has a loud menacing bark, such as a German Shepherd. You might also want to install a good central alarm system, one that rings directly to the police station as well as the alarm company.  I would also talk to the local police and ask them for advice. Also talk to your insurance carrier loss prevention people.  They should also have some good tips for you.  You may also want to think about organizing a neighborhood watch program.  I know you already have a guard, but getting the people in your neighborhood to actively watch and report any suspicious behavior might go a long way to catching these thieves and preventing future break ins.   Your local police should be able to help you get started on a neighborhood watch program.   Good luck to you.
