I'm in Grade 10 and I'm so stressed! I have so many assignments and I just can't seem to do enough. I've tried so many things (making To Do lists, organising certain periods of time for certain things and more stuff) but I can't keep at it and soon I'm stressed again. Any good tips to reduce stress levels? It doesn't have to be helping organise school work, it can be calming things to.Thank-you!!!!
