Any high school advice?

I'm starting high school soon going into 9th grade and I'm a little nervous but excited.Do you guys have any tips to get by?

Find your classes.

I would say be confident.  Hold your head up high and be very open minded to meeting different people and being in different clubs or sports.  Enjoy the high school experience and go to the cheesy pep rallies and football games.  I had the most fun there and you will meet a lot of people.  Don't be too shy, being social will introduce you to more things and people which in turn will make you a more rounded person.

don't even worry about it, it's not that badd. classes shouldn't be that weird because it's probably all freshman, so your not alone.  just never act like a bigshot or be really loud and obnoxious like you own the place..other than that it shouldn't be any different than middle schooolll =p

introduce yourself to everyone you come into contact with

say 'hello' to people you walk by.

pay attention in class and do all your schoolwork so you can be confident.

It's probably not as scary/hard/etc... as you think it is.

Don't be scared to ask where your classes are to the teachers.

It's better than standing in that hall all alone and scared when everyone has figured out where to go, with NO ONE to ask.

Don't act like you're all that.

Seriously, don't. It doesn't matter what grade you're in. Most people will think you're just a jackass.

join atleast one club & sport. Its the best way to meet new people! You dont want to just stay in your comfort zone, making new friends is one of the best things about high school.

I'm going into 9th grade to...here is some advice. Be yourself. It's ok. Around this time people don't care who is cool and who is a geek. Just find your classes and  act yourself. You'll be fine.

Don't be nervous, we all have to go through it sooner or later, after the first week or two everything will fall into place.  Don't become gothic :X
