u can go on ebay n get these glow tubes for the rims if its stuff like that u mean....

u can also get a car horn n put it on, the device is roughly the size of a moto battery, loud as!

It all depends on your ability, your bike type etc. Just get out and ride with friends or family, If you do not have much ability stick to the trails etc. If your ready to track ride then ask a local shop if there are any MX tracks in your area with practise days. Without knowing more about you and your bike its hard to give the right advice. Get out and ride be safe, and enjoy yourself.
