Any history about a house in baldoyle ?

the house used to stand in the old grounds where they have started to build clongriffin,i think the house was called talavera,just wondering if there is a story attached to it? couple of strange occurances in my house in the area,thanks for any info

Best place to start is old versions of maps of the area. Checking the family history who lived there is possible from census records, but tracing events via newspapers is very laborious. - miles of microfilm to look through.
